Known Globally For Quality Of Service

Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Purpose

Lets diminish a lesser carbon foot print to our environment and increase more revenue back to the aviation industry

OUR VISION

When other companies where throwing away all the niquel that was being recycled our company GGR was innovating the super alloy metal that was still in this different types of components that was being lost out of the aerospace industry. By our process of eliminating the scrap yards that pays you the bottom dollars for the material that you may accumulate. GGR takes all of your old B.E.R material sorts, tests, and segregates them and even gets issued identification numbers by lot if needed at the request of you. All parts get sophisticated our testing process to isolate each and all individual alloy or type of metal component to maximize their value. Using of the discovery to isolate the different types of material that may be in this parts we are using a Niton XRF Analyzer that isolates not just the standard alloy but include electrical alloy, precious metals, metal coatings and super alloy that this parts are composed of which we then base what there worth and what can be done with them at there end of life cycle. Example low-rhenium alloys used for turbine blades which withstand high stress with their high durability, while the rhenium-free alloy is used for static hardware such as nozzles and shrouds. they were scrapped out, sold and recycled as stainless steel. But the rare elements as the super alloys were lost to the aerospace, now with us the material takes a new process of being cleaned and melted for reuse in the manufacturing of high-pressure turbine blades.

what we look for

Engine Parts with the Highest % of GOLD

Precious metals are typically found in the high pressure turbine section and the fuel delivery systems of engines.

After Burners (Platinum and Gold)

Blades

Fuel Nozzles

Fuel Manifolds

Heat Exchangers (Platinum, Palladium, Rhodium)

Stators (Gold and Palladium)

Tobi Ducts

Vanes

The amount of gold and platinum that could potentially be recovered from these parts range from .01 to 9.27 troy ounces.

Who we are

We are a family owned and operated metal management company

we have worked with the smallest aerospace company to the biggest names in the industry and we dont shy away from what can be more then valuable based of our knowledge to make sure each and every of our customers are well appointed and treated and making sure we can make great things happen based of our known process of within we stand and can say excel in our services.

liabilities

Taking into Account of all the legal requirements of the FAA we take the obligation off your companies hands and assure the destruction of this parts which we can supply amended paper work and whatever requirement your company needs before acquiring this based material. This can be done before it leaves your company as well as payment for it
